VIETNAM WAR PHOTOGRAPHY

200 photographs with background descriptions, of Vietnam War activities archived on CD-ROM. Photographs taken my servicemen photographers in the Army Signal Corps, Department of the Navy, Office of the Chief Signal Officer, United States Marine Corps, and the Department of the Air Force. Images are taken from color and black and white prints, negatives, and transparencies.
 

UH-1D helicopters airlift members of the 2nd Battalion, 14th Infantry Regiment from the Filhol Rubber Plantation area to a new staging area, during Operation "Wahiawa," a search and destroy mission conducted by the 25th Infantry Division, northeast of Cu Chi, Vietnam.
 

Operation "Oregon," a search and destroy mission conducted by an infantry platoon of Troop B, 1st Reconnaissance Squadron, 9th Cavalry, 1st Cavalry Division Airmobile, three kilometers west of Duc Pho, Quang Ngai Province. An infantryman is lowered into a tunnel by members of the reconnaissance platoon.
