PAUL ROBESON FBI FILES

2680 pages of files copied from FBI Headquarters in Washington, D.C., and archived on CD-ROM covering Paul and Eslanda Robeson. Files document a security investigation during the 1940's through 60's of the well-known singer/actor and his wife who were affiliated with the Communist Party and Communist Party front groups. Files contain various information, memos, informant accounts, miscellany, newspaper and magazine articles concerning the Robesons' political activity and travels.
